I recently had a rather bothersome experience with a company called Mackenzie Hall. It turns out they are a debt collection agency, which is rather off-putting. To make matters worse, they’ve been sending messages to our landline, and let me tell you, it’s quite exasperating since we’ve never had any business with them. I’ve taken it upon myself to ring them a couple of times to explain that they’ve clearly dialled the wrong number. They’ve mostly been decent and have apologised for the mix-up, but I’ve stumbled upon some websites suggesting that their manners aren't always so genteel.
