This call was a shock, I don’t remember answering it at all! It ended up costing me £5.67. I made a complaint and luckily got my money back, but they warned me that if I get any more calls like this, they won’t refund me again. Pretty risky stuff!

Got a call from some insurance folks, they kept me waiting on hold for like 20 mins saying they were trying to find me a cheaper deal. Ended up with nothing and the call cost me £15.15. Proper waste of time!

Got a recorded call saying it was TalkTalk, with a warning my internet and phone line were about to get cut off. They told me to press 1 to speak to an engineer or press 2 to carry on. Seemed dodgy to me.
