Got a call saying there was some weird activity going on with my Amazon account, and they needed to verify my payment info. I knew straight away it was a scam because I haven’t used it recently. Told them that and how suspicious it all sounded, then I just ended the call. I can easily see older folks getting tricked though, they kept chatting away and I could hear loads of others in the background like a busy call centre.
