6 yearsI received a rather shoddy call, presumably from India, where someone claimed to be representing the Sky Technical Department, offering to enhance my broadband experience. They provided this particular number when I expressed some scepticism. This isn't my first encounter with them; previously, I was led into a rather clever ruse that culminated in a request for my banking information in order to supposedly compensate me for issues with my Sky broadband. I cheekily suggested they should direct that payment to Sky instead, considering they hold all my details. When I flatly refused to divulge my bank information, they turned rather rude and resorted to name-calling, labelling me as 'a foolish man' among other things. A word to the wise: under no circumstances should you return a call to any number provided by them.
