I've been receiving calls on my home phone from this number repeatedly, with the latest one coming through this morning (Sunday, 29 September 2013) at around 11:56 am. Quite annoyingly, they never bother to leave a message; they just hang up. It's a bit ridiculous, really. I signed up with the Telephone Preference Service ages ago and have also opted out of any local council marketing nonsense. Yet, it appears that no one seems to have the clout to put an end to these bothersome calls!
