I had quite an unpleasant encounter with a gentleman named Mr Parker, representing a firm known as DRS. They’re a debt recovery agency, and my experience with them was rather off-putting. I strongly advise steering clear of them as they lack professionalism and seem all too eager to share your financial troubles with your employer, as if it’s their business to gossip about your debts. Best to keep your distance!

Utterly discourteous! They ought to send a letter beforehand rather than just ringing up without any explanation. Plus, they could really use some improvement in their communication skills; I often find it hard to grasp what they’re saying. The call centre staff are so much more efficient! And honestly, whenever I ring them up, when I ask which company I'm speaking to, they never seem keen to provide an answer. Just a shambles, really!
