Received a dodgy call claiming to be from EE. Totally a scam!

Some bloke said he was from EE and reckoned he could cut £45 off my sim only plan, but my bill's only £36 a month. He kept pushing for my account info even after I told him he’s a wizard if he could really save me that much on a smaller bill. I just ended the call. Not long after, I got a code texted to me that I never asked for. Bit fishy if you ask me.
