I received a call from someone associated with HYC, and I’m a bit suspicious. The caller, who identified herself as Yasin, mentioned that I was entitled to a refund for payment protection insurance. She then requested my credit card number, which raised a red flag since I've never actually taken out any such insurance. Yet, she was adamant that my records showed otherwise. Has anyone else experienced a similar phone call?
