At least when you’re conversing with a human, there’s a shred of interaction involved. It feels as though these charlatans are draining the life out of hard-working individuals, much like leeches. I've just received a call from this number, and after a little digging, I ended up on this site. It was a silent call, but I'm quite convinced it's the same lot that rang us concerning a debt service right before Christmas. That call came just a fortnight after I changed my phone number and opted for ex-directory status. We're really hoping that if they decide to ring again, we'll actually get to speak to someone. I received a call on 17th November 2008 at precisely 4:26 PM. When I picked up, there was nothing but silence on the other end. It seems like a classic scam devised to trick unsuspecting folks into dialling what turned out to be a premium rate number.
