Who are these clowns? What really grated on our nerves, though, was that we'd just finished a night shift and were trying to get some shut-eye! Absolute nonsense!

We receive a call from this number on a daily basis, at least. Thankfully, we’re usually at work and never seem to be around when these callers make their attempts. We registered with the Telephone Preference Service shortly after getting our phone line set up in November and have opted for ex-directory status. Honestly, I’m rather relieved that our shifts don’t involve night work! Curiously, these calls only started appearing after we got O2 broadband. At our other residence, where we’ve been with BT since 2005, we’ve not experienced a single nuisance call. Quite the contrast, isn’t it?

Our establishment receives a multitude of calls, and quite frankly, we’ve had our fill of them. We've made courteous requests to have our details removed from their records, yet we've encountered numerous representatives who lack basic politeness. Joining the Telephone Preference Service isn't an option for us because we need to maintain business-to-business interactions. Nevertheless, this company is nothing more than an annoyance. On top of that, they've had the audacity to ring us back shortly after we've hung up, hurling insults our way. It’s reached a point where we're considering getting a whistle and using it to express our frustrations!
