As soon as we picked up the phone, we heard a gentleman speaking with an Asian accent, seemingly embroiled in a heated discussion with someone else in his office. We were eavesdropping for roughly ten minutes, thoroughly intrigued, when suddenly the line went quiet.

They inquired about a suitable time for them to get in touch, but I said no, letting them know that emailing would be far preferable. It seems they've updated their records accordingly. Fingers crossed!
