Had a bit of hassle with the National Lottery recently. They upgraded their security systems, and suddenly my account was frozen because of some security concern. Just to be clear, I wasn’t part of any of their security problems, it just happened after their update. Then I had to ring their Customer Services using their expensive 0844 number from their website. It’s proper annoying to be paying for something that’s totally not my fault. Honestly quite shocking how they handle these things.
