Absolutely. DLC's a right bunch of numpties. It’s as if all their staff are pooling their intelligence in one shared brain cell! Trying to get a sensible response out of them feels like talking to a wall. Honestly, I’d have better luck tossing them a banana and calling it a day.

I received a call from someone who labelled these individuals as "DLC." However, when they left a voicemail, it was intended for a different person (a woman), even though our name (which is male) and company details were clearly stated in our voicemail greeting. Once I returned the call, they seemed unwilling to clarify who these individuals were. Quite baffling, to say the least!
