They send charity bags without any notice and when I called to find out when they'd pick them up, no one answered or got back to me. On top of that, I was charged for the calls. After this hassle, I definitely won’t be donating to them again.

I checked the number and turns out it isn’t actually connected to any cancer research charity. It’s some outfit called Proline that just picks up charity bags, nothing to do with cancer at all. They claim they give a fixed sum every month from the money they get from collecting bags and from any calls about donations. Honestly, it feels dodgy. You can find more about it on the Guardian’s website if you want to have a proper look.
