I came across this on some documents from Reader’s Digest, seemingly related to their accounts department. However, I've yet to receive a response. They keep assuring me that my call is a priority and will be taken care of promptly, but it feels like I'm just left hanging. The paperwork has Julie Leach's signature on it, regarding subscriptions.
