Is there any chance HMRC will give me my money back? I was stuck on hold for over 58 minutes and then they charged me £19.00! It’s ridiculous.

Then later that same month I had to call again about the same issue. This time, I was stuck on hold for 32 minutes and it cost me £10.60. Both times, I never spoke to anyone about my problem while I was waiting. Now, my mobile's been cut off because of the charges.
