Nary a soul on the other end! The bill for that little escapade came to a not-so-pleasant £8.50. Then, wouldn't you know it, later that same month I had to ring them up again about the very same issue. This time, I was subjected to a 32-minute wait, racking up a charge of £10.60! And still, I was met with silence, no one to address my concerns. Now, to top it all off, I find my mobile has been cut off. What a right faff!
