Please, how can I make these calls finally stop? It’s really getting on my nerves now.

When I picked up, they just hung up on me, and then didn’t bother to answer when I tried ringing them back.

Got a quick ring on my mobile from this number but they hung up before I could pick up. Tried calling back from my landline and the name that came up was "Phonehelp" saying something about O2 stuff. Feels like it could be a scam to me!

It's rather concerning to find O2's customer service capability lacking to the point of attempting to lure customers away to other networks. It's quite bewildering, honestly! I expect much better from a brand that prides itself on customer allegiance and satisfaction.

Received a call from someone purporting to represent a firm affiliated with O2, claiming they could lower my monthly bill. I pointed out that I was already on the best deal available. He pressed me on whether I wouldn’t be interested in saving some cash, to which I firmly responded no, reiterating that my current plan was optimal. To my astonishment, he then suggested he could actually inflate my costs! I found that rather brazen and decided to end the conversation then and there. Quite rude, if you ask me!
