It's just the same as everyone else has said. And to think, this is my work phone! I'm really curious about how these individuals manage to acquire our numbers in the first place. It's absolutely infuriating-such a bunch of unscrupulous scammers!

We received a message on our office phone earlier today. I intend to lodge a complaint about them as well.

Absolutely the same experience! We encountered the very same situation. Out of sheer curiosity, we decided to give them a ring to find out who was behind the number. To our surprise, we were greeted with a message saying: "Welcome to Claim Online. All our agents are currently busy, but if you have any payment protection regarding a loan or credit card, please leave your name and number after the tone." Quite the peculiar call, I must say!

Same here! Just received the exact same message. I've never taken out any loan insurance, so it’s clearly a con. Total scam, without a doubt!

Cheers for taking the time to create this feature. However, it's best to steer clear of any games with others' information. Let's keep it respectful, shall we?

Absolutely, we’ve lodged our concerns with the Commissioner as well. The more people voice their grievances, the more significant the repercussions will be!

This is just like what JPN mentioned earlier. I've gone ahead and notified the Advertising Standards authority-they're the ones who can give them a nudge, and I've also reached out to the Information Commissioner’s Office, which has the power to slap on fines and penalties if needed.

I’ve just received a similar message as well! How on earth did these folks manage to get hold of our numbers? It’s a real puzzle!

Indeed, I've encountered the very same situation and I don't possess any loan insurance. Just disregard it, in my opinion.

Just received a rather dubious text on our mobile: "Congratulations! You could be eligible for a refund of £2500 due to mis-sold loan insurance! To claim, just reply with YES or call 08442847000." We definitely don’t have any loan insurance, so this seems like an obvious scam to me.

We’ve had the same experience! We dialled the 0844 number using our landline to investigate, and lo and behold, we received the exact same recorded message: "Welcome to online claims. All our agents are currently busy, but if you have any payment protection linked to a loan or credit card, please leave your name and number after the beep." Then, we got a text from 07537400714. I tried that number on the landline too, but alas, no answer!
