9 yearsI've been trying to reach a company named Greentopia regarding their service for green waste collection. Ever since September 2017, there seems to be a bit of a mystery surrounding them. Their phone line appears to be perpetually unattended, and my emails have gone unanswered as well. To make matters worse, they’ve been tardy with the last two collections, showing up a whole week late. They usually collect every two weeks, but there hasn’t been any communication about a shift in the schedule, and tracking them down is proving utterly futile. On another note, I found myself in a rather frustrating situation where I was charged £20 after waiting in the phone queue for nearly two hours.
