Then, inexplicably, this person suggested that a software patch costing several hundred quid would resolve the so-called issues. Honestly, don’t entertain any calls from someone who persistently keeps ringing back, especially when they’re wondering why you’ve hung up on them! Avoid these pests at all costs!
