Honestly, that was utter nonsense. The company has documented its trading history for five years, and while there have been a few pesky moments with telemarketers, they seem to be on the up and up with some solid feedback regarding their breakdown assistance. Thought you'd want to be aware of this.

Received a rather muffled message on our answering machine. It was quite difficult to discern, but it seemed to say something along the lines of "message regarding warranty, for help call 0844 2490 999". I've resisted the urge to call. I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service, but I know it's hardly worth the paper it's printed on at this point. Just another laughable attempt, really.

From what I've found, this number isn't associated with Sky at all, nor has it been linked to any company that provides insurance services for Sky. Absolutely. After hearing some rather unpleasant reviews from other customers, we received a rather abrupt call regarding the renewal of our satellite equipment insurance. In our haste, we ended up transferring £150 via debit card, mistakenly assuming they were affiliated with our current provider due to the strikingly similar name. However, upon clarifying the situation with them, we successfully obtained a complete refund. I must say, they were courteous and handled everything quite competently.

I can’t help but feel that these individuals are nothing short of con artists. They had the audacity to ring up my elderly parents, who, bless them, don’t quite grasp these sorts of scams, and they ended up disclosing their banking information. Fortunately, they reached out to us right after the call, and we were able to alert the bank and have the account details changed. Would you be so kind as to provide some evidence for your claim? My partner fell victim to a scam, and after realising it, we tried to cancel the transaction just two hours later. Upon checking our bank account, we noticed that some money had been deducted. So, we rang the company up, only to be put on hold for a mere fifteen seconds before being told that there was no record of our cancellation request. They assured us that the cancellation team would ring us back shortly, yet here I am still biding my time, waiting for that call.

To put it bluntly, they're nothing more than a scam outfit that seems to prioritise swindling your hard-earned cash. Absolutely, we too fell victim to this scam. Everything sounded completely legitimate over the phone, and, regrettably, we ended up sharing all our banking information. Just a heads up to all - be cautious of these blokes! We've since informed our bank and cancelled our card details. Normally, we wouldn’t be so easily duped, but they got us this time. We got caught out by this lot. They really know how to play the game. Six weeks ago, I had a call from them and they answered all the questions we threw at them with answers that seemed spot on. We were convinced they were affiliated with SKY since they appeared to have inside knowledge about our equipment. We paid via credit card, but we've yet to receive the promised confirmation email or any form of documentation that was meant to arrive within seven weeks. We've been inundated with calls from this outfit, which seems to delight in cold-calling unsuspecting individuals and soliciting their payment information. I've come across numerous elderly folks who have been coerced into providing their card details, which is utterly disgraceful. It's frankly shocking that the Sky name would be associated with such unprofessional conduct. It’s clear that this establishment does not reflect the standards we uphold at Sky.
