This person claimed to be our Account Manager and was really trying to get us to buy ink cartridges for our Franking Machine, which we clearly didn’t need. I got their phone number and said I’d ring them later. I’m so pleased I looked up the number first!

On the 12th of Feb 2025, I got a call from some unknown number. The person was reading straight from a script, babbling about our franking machine. I told them I wasn’t involved with it and that someone else would return their call. After noting their number down, I looked it up and saw loads of reviews warning about scams. Definitely a dodgy call!

Got calls from the same bloke every now and then about some franking machine. He kept going on about how other firms are apparently ordering twice the ink or something like that. Our machine is actually managed through Royal Mail, so I never bother with these sort of calls. Definitely looks like a scam, so be wary!

I get my franking inks from them and honestly, they've never been pushy or anything dodgy like a scam. Pretty straightforward and reliable.

I got caught out by these lot too, their phone number charges 67p a minute - who even sets prices that high for a call? They sent me frankin machine cartridges, which I never ordered and don’t even own one of those machines. They keep pestering me with letters demanding payment for stuff I never asked for. Really sketchy behaviour, they just won't stop bothering me!

Got a call at work from a hidden number trying to push franking machine ink on us. Honestly, it was pretty obvious it was a scam. Don’t waste your time acting interested, cause they’ll just hit you up with a ridiculously high bill afterwards.

I got stuff from this company that I never asked for and then they keep phoning and emailing me from this number, insisting I pay up. It's really annoying.

Got a call from this number outta the blue about paying for an invoice they claimed we owed. They sent us two franking ink cartridges which we never asked for or wanted, and included a delivery note along with a bill for £249. When I checked the phone number on the invoice, it matched this one mentioned here by others. Their site seems genuine at first glance, but I'd watch out! For me, it’s clearly a scam and should be reported pronto!

We got two cartridges from Your franking which we didn’t ask for, and they sent a ridiculously high bill with it. Total scammers. There’s no way we’re paying that.

These jokers have been ringing me at least 30 times this past week because I don’t pick up. They always call showing as ‘No Caller ID’ or blocked, which just screams dodgy to me. Took one for the team and actually picked up once, only for them to try and flog me some ink cartridges with a side of free chocolates. Sounds too good to be true, right? They were super pushy and seemed to be trying to trick us into thinking they’re legit. Definite scam alert. I’m never picking up again. Might just grab a Mars bar myself to cover the ‘free chocolate’ they promised!

Got a call from someone claiming to be "Liam" who wanted to talk to someone up high in the company. I told him to have them ring me back instead. He was very reluctant to share much info, but I did manage to grab his number - which brought me to this site! Didn’t mention the name of any firm, and when I asked why he was calling, all he said was something about a franking machine. Looks like they’ve been off the radar for about a year!

Got a call from someone called “Harry” about some fake bill that apparently needed sorting by today! Switched to a new supplier because of this, don’t bother with these guys, just a pushy sales tactic.

One of our receptionists got tricked by someone pretending to be from the company we usually deal with for franking machine supplies. It was a really sneaky move, selling stuff to us under false pretences.

This company, Your Franking Machine Ltd., keeps ringing us but always with their number blocked. They used to call just every few months, but now it’s happening way more often. Today, the person on the phone claimed it was their first call in eight months, which isn’t true at all. Every time I tell them we don’t need their services and won’t consider them later, they just hang up on me. It’s really annoying!

Somebody rang me up claiming to be from my franking machine company, saying they were shutting up shop and offering bargains. Not a chance, mate - nobody gets past us, we caught on straight away.

This [###] keep ringing my office loads of times each week just to push ink for some franking gear. We've told them we're not after it but they just don’t stop. Proper annoying and feels like harassment at this point.

They keep changing what they say and are really pushy about it. I worry they might only give a premium number for callbacks, just trying to get us to spend more. Honestly, I wish I never came across them.

This bloke just keeps ringing me, like two or three times every week and sometimes even twice in one day. I’m so tempted to ring him back and give him a proper telling off, but then I remember it’s probably an 0844 number that’ll cost me a fortune. Much better to just leave it and not answer.

They kept pushing hard with calls every couple of hours, telling the receptionist it was really urgent. It got to the stage where she had to hunt me down and pull me out of a meeting straight away because apparently it couldn’t wait. Seriously, do they think pressuring a stressed receptionist into interrupting my day will make me suddenly want to buy whatever they’re selling? Turns out it was just someone trying to sell printer ink. And guess what? If you try to ring them back, it costs 45p a minute. Ridiculous.

One of our receptionists got sold a franking machine cartridge that wasn’t right. We sent it back by recorded delivery, but they called us up again. I warned them I'd report them if they tried to pull that sneaky cartridge selling stunt on us again. Seriously, watch out for these lot.

Got a call claiming to be our regular franking machine provider, but they totally weren’t. Really kept pressing, asking about our company info and trying to sell their ink as a bargain. Proper hard sell! Honestly, I’d recommend just hanging up if this number rings you.

Got a call from this bloke Andrew claiming to be from 'My Franking', trying to push ink on us. He reckoned we’d bought from them before and even mentioned someone in our office who’s never actually ordered anything. Said he could offer a discount but only if we decided within 15 minutes! Bit suspicious so I blocked the number straight away.

Somebody called Alex from your franking rang up saying they were our cartridge supplier, which is definitely not true. They boasted about keeping franking prices the same for 3 years despite Royal Mail hikes. Then they started asking for our company info - pretty clear it’s a scam.

A phone call came through to my business from someone feigning to be one of our suppliers, trying to fish for sensitive information. It’s obviously a scam-don't engage, just hang up at once!

Watch out for scammers, they’re everywhere nowadays. Honestly, it’s simplest to just end the call and block the number straight away.

The price they’re asking for what you actually get is just outrageous. We get our genuine items from a supplier and pay almost half that amount! Be careful not to agree to anything with these lot because as soon as you do, they treat it like a done deal and won’t refund you if it’s a business transaction. It's a shocking way to do business - honestly, they should be closed down.

I reckon I'm done with this number unless they ring back at some point! Just a heads up, don't answer calls from numbers you haven’t seen before. Unless you run a business, then yeah, you might have to take those calls to keep things running with your customers.

I ordered a few inks from them and overall it was alright. Though, I noticed the print was a bit light in certain sections.

Honestly, I'd much rather be dealing with these fake jokers in person than sitting here writing reviews to call out their nonsense. But I guess you gotta play the game to get anywhere. This is review two out of three from me.

They called my shop once more, even though I had already told them to get lost when they tried to scam me before. Bloody nerve! This time they rang from another number, but I still gave them a very polite (yet firm) telling off. Straight onto the block list they went.

Watch out for this number! They rang my work pretending to be the company that supplies our ink cartridges. They were fishing for info from me and were really hard to understand. Don’t bother answering. When I asked about the prices, they were way higher than what we normally pay, and to top it off, the products they mentioned sounded like cheap copies!

Someone called pretending to be from the company that supplies our office frank ink. Honestly, I could hardly make out what they were saying - seemed really dodgy to me. Definitely wouldn’t recommend dealing with them. They were pushing ink cartridges at an outrageously high price and when I asked what brand they were, turns out they were just cheap fakes, not genuine at all! Total scam if you ask me.

totally dodgy lot! stay away! their spiel is utter nonsense you cant even make sense of, they cut you off quick sharp and then push rubbish products on you the second you say yes! total scammers - never share your details or they’ll twist it to your disadvantage. customer “care” is a joke, getting quite pushy and rude too. definitely do not waste your money here. proper high-pressure sales tactics and just plain scamming.

So I got this call from a guy with a strong Indian accent saying his name was Andrew Johnson. He was trying to get me to approve an order for discounted cartridges that he claimed my manager had okayed. I double checked with her and she hadn’t given the okay at all. Felt like a pushy scam to me.
