Couple weeks before 17th December, I’d already reported an issue with my iPad but it still wasn’t fixed. So on the 17th, I rang them back and spent about an hour trying to get it sorted. To my surprise, they charged me £17 for the call! The fault wasn’t even mine. I’ve been with Orange/We for over 17 years, so honestly, I think it’s pretty poor service.
