A few weeks prior to December 17th, I encountered an issue with my iPad that hadn't been sorted out. On the 17th itself, I reached out again to report the same malfunction. It took roughly an hour to get to the bottom of it, but to my utter astonishment, I was slapped with a £17 fee for the call. It’s absolutely scandalous! The fault wasn’t due to me in the slightest, especially considering I’ve been a loyal Orange/EE customer for over 17 years. Disheartening, to say the least!
