I was billed £4.137 for this number, and with VAT it came to £5.81, despite the fact that I didn't even ring this number at all. On the 22nd of April 2016, at just past eleven in the evening, I actually dialled a Sky number instead. Quite baffling, really!

I was on the blower with these folks for a staggering 22 minutes and 48 seconds. Keep an eye on your watch! After that, we reached out to Sky to voice our grievances. Honestly, my recommendation would be to just switch to Virgin!

This number belongs to Sky and is meant for new clients. What I find rather odd is that they actually include charges for live chats with their representatives in your bill. I've never even dialled this number! I reached out to request that they put a block on it.
