I got a letter telling me to re-subscribe to Sky and said it’d be 50p a min. Didn’t really think much of it and called them a couple times, then suddenly my phone alerted me that I’d been charged £32! Proper annoying!

I’m with EE here in London and recently I was told by them that I supposedly dialled 08442411356 twice, spending 23 minutes each time. The weird bit is, I never actually called that number from my phone at home. Despite that, EE charged me for these calls. They also didn’t inform or notify the owner of the line, which feels pretty unfair. I’m just trying to figure out where this number comes from or who it belongs to. Cheers.
