Earlier today, we received three calls from a withheld number claiming to be from 'Sky'. Only one person, a certain Jack Martin (perhaps from Bangalore?), actually gave us a phone number: 0844 2410 285. We told her straight that she's a crook and that both her mother and, presumably, God would be deeply ashamed of the kind of work she’s engaged in, suggesting she’s unlikely to find herself in heaven! She promptly hung up! Regarding the other two calls, we mostly just listened, grunted now and again, and refused to divulge any of our personal information before they eventually hung up on us. It was rather vexatious, wouldn’t you agree?

The caller identified herself as Craig Sanderson from Sky, working in their dispatch team. She mentioned she was getting ready to send a newly upgraded card and needed to confirm a few details. I recommended that she share some info from their system for us to verify, but surprisingly, she could not access it! We took the number and she said they’d ring us back. Let’s just say that’s not going to happen anytime soon!

What a complete farce! These individuals are spinning a web of falsehoods. They claimed to be verifying the arrival of our new Sky card, and then, just as our digibox warranty was up, they started pressing us for information. We kept probing them about their identity, insisting they were indeed Sky, but the lady just kept on with the ruse. Utter deceivers!
