So, I called the number back after I did 1471, and it claimed to be from some "keep kids safe at school" thing. It said it would connect me to my kid’s school, but then it told me the lines were busy. After that, I got bombarded with loads of automated questions, but I just ignored them. I looked it up on Google and couldn’t find any actual organisation by that name. Seems dodgy to me.
