It appears that this is related to Lloyds Bank car insurance. My significant other had a little accident with the car, and it all circled back to him in the end! Apologies if I've taken up anyone's time unnecessarily.

I recently noticed that two calls I supposedly made to this number back in December 2015 have shown up on my phone bill, totalling £5.20. To be quite honest, I can't recall making these calls at all, and considering one lasted a lengthy 27 minutes, you'd think it would have left some sort of impression on my memory. I stumbled across a comment on a different site where someone mentioned they picked up a call from this number only to hear silence, yet they ended up being charged £6 just for answering! If this kind of dubious activity is happening, I would really like to know who's accountable for putting an end to it.
