This number 08439800107 rang me and a guy said he was from some refund team for ppi. When I asked who he was, he just dropped the call. These calls are getting on my nerves big time. I wish the government would do more to control or stop this, it’s really frustrating.

PPI claim calls keep coming through even tho this is a work number. I pressed 9 to opt out but they still ring. Today I tried pressing 5 to chat with someone and asked to be taken off their list, but the moment I mentioned it was a business number, the bloke just hung up on me!! So rude, but honestly not shocked. Looks like the next step is contacting the ICO.

Got a call from some PPI refund place saying my bank A has approved a refund. Problem is, they're ringing a business B. If the bank really gave them the go-ahead, that feels like a breach of privacy since 1 - I never said my bank could share info with them, or 2 - they left a message on the wrong line. Feels dodgy to me. Wish they’d stop ringing the office. Don’t wanna press 9 either, worried it might cost or prove the number is active.

I've been battered with relentless calls about a PPI claim, even though I've already sorted it out directly with my bank. Whenever I request to be removed from their calling list, they simply hang up. It's been years of this nuisance!

Yesterday, I had a rather irritating call on my home phone. Thankfully, my TrueCall system kicked in and prompted the caller to identify themselves, but as soon as they were asked, they just hung up! I've now added them to my block list, so their future attempts will just result in an unobtainable signal. 😊 I'm still quite curious to find out who these nuisance callers are, though!
