At 9.35 this morning, I got a call on my mobile from 08439418489. I answered and said hello in a different language but all I got back was silence, then the call just dropped. What a bunch of annoying people!

Got a call around 11:40 this morning from some dodgy number saying I’d won an iPad. They told me to press 1 for a callback or 9 to opt out of calls. Seemed fishy to me, like they’d end up charging me whatever button I pressed. Just went ahead and blocked the number now.

Got a call on my mobile around 8.12 pm on Friday the 5th of May. I didn’t pick up, but after reading these other comments, I’m definitely adding the number to my “block list”. I’m signed up with the TPS, so it’s annoying that they aren’t stopping these calls!
