I got a call from this number that only rang once at about 10:34am on 6th November, even though my number is on the TPS list. Later that same day at 11:00, I received a message from +44 7507 319808 saying: "30 FREE BETS to crush the bookies, odds of 16/1 & 10/1. Ready to cash in! I’M ON FIRE & will fatten your wallet! Reply OK." It was signed by Mark 'The Couch' Winstanley with an opt-out option (‘stop’). It’s not the same number and they used a text instead of a call, but maybe they're linked somehow.
