I've encountered this particular number, and it seems to be one of those pesky Wangiri scams. I'd advise adding it to your block list without hesitation!

They called but hung up right as I was picking up. The last time I got a call like this, it was some weird American automated message. I reckon it’s a scam trying to get you to ring them back and charge you loads. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.

Sounds like a new twist of that old wangiri scam. If you ring back, you'll get hit with a seriously pricey fee. Best thing to do is text 7726 to report it. You can also google 7726 and check what's popping up about it.
