Got a really irritating unknown number ringing me pretending to be from urgent blood and transplant services. I went ahead and blocked it - if you ever get one like that do the same, don't give these jokers the time. It could actually stop someone close needing a blood transfusion from getting help! I've also made a report to both BT and Ofcom so they can look into prosecuting these timewasters.
