Beware, this is a proper dodgy scam. I had no idea that this number rang me up and somehow got through on my phone. Then, my network billed me more than £100 - it was something like an access fee plus a voucher I never actually bought (and I don’t have any vouchers anyway). I didn't even ask to buy anything! My phone bills for years have been steady, barely hitting £20 a month, well within my contract.
