Every day I get around two to four calls from these numbers. It’s either 0843, 0845, or sometimes a 0203 number linked to Gamma Holdings. I signed up with the TPS a good couple of years ago, but it hasn't stopped the constant ringing. I've probably blocked thousands of numbers by now, this one included - only rang for a second though. It feels like phone makers ought to add a feature to block every 0843, 0845, and 0203 number automatically. I can't just block unknown numbers because it’s for work. Honestly, it’s getting really annoying.

I just got a robo call with some breathless women chatting away, all hyped up saying I might win an Alba 8GB tablet!

So I answered the phone and this robot voice started telling me I’d won some kind of iPad Pro or something like that. Totally dodgy if you ask me!

A recorded message informed me that I’ve bagged £1,000! It was a woman’s voice with a proper British accent. I didn’t bother listening to the whole spiel and instead, added the number to my contacts as nuisance calls. They’ll now receive a cheeky auto-reply from me whenever they ring.
