Got another random call today from what said it was an emergency blood and transplant service. Honestly, if you get these dodgy calls, just block the number and don't answer - you could be stopping a real urgent blood transfusion for someone close to you. I've reported it to Ofcom and BT so hopefully they sort it out soon.
