My partner gets calls every single day from the number 08438681408, almost identical to those dodgy 0845 scams. They go on about phone updates or whatever rubbish. Honestly, these scammers should be banned from the UK and should never be allowed to touch a phone, anywhere in the world!

I got a call from 0843 868 8408, it just rang one time then stopped. I get tons of calls starting with 0843 like this. I dont bother calling back cos it’s one of those dodgy scams that want to get you to spend loads on phone bills. I’ve blocked the number now, all good 👍🏼

Called me just the one time and then never again.

They called me once from an 0834 number, probably hoping Id return the call and then they charge u a fortune since its a premium rate. Classic scam if u ask me.

They just called me once and then cut off straight away. It's one of those expensive numbers that tries to get you to call back, so you end up paying loads on your phone bill.
