I received a rather irritating cold call featuring a pre-recorded message, teasing the prospect of potentially winning something. I swiftly ended the call before catching any further details and promptly blocked the number!

Received a call at 8:15 this evening. Checked the number and confirmed it was an automated scammer.

Some automated female voice told me I’d won a prize and said if I press a number they’d ring me back within a day, or press 9 to stop the calls. I didn’t press any buttons, and it just cut out after a few seconds.
