SPAM/SCAM - I tried ringing back but it just played a recording saying it was the Energy Savings Switch Line.

Make sure you block 08438663226 right away to avoid getting scammed! They left some robotic message about energy stuff and said they'd ring back. What’s worse, they actually called the emergency blood and transplant line - total disregard! If you hear from them, just block and ignore. They might be messing up urgent calls for people who really need blood transfusions. I’ve reported them to both BT and Ofcom so they can take proper action against these numpties.
