Someone rang saying they were from some energy firm, trying to offer help with the rising energy bills. I said straight away I wasn’t interested but they kept pushing about saving money. I tried to be polite and repeated I wasn’t interested. Then they said if I hung up, they’d just call back again. I told them I was already being polite and couldn’t understand what part of ‘not interested’ they didn’t get. They chuckled and then actually ended the call.
