Seems like a wangiri scam might be going around. I found on the police.uk Action Fraud site that you can report dodgy calls, texts, or emails there. If you get a sketchy call, you can text the details to 7726. Sometimes they'll ask you to send the info again just to be sure. Definitely have a look at that police website for all the proper info on reporting these scams.

I’ve been getting calls from Numbers Telecom Limited non-stop, like five times in just two days. It’s proper annoying, feels like harassment. I’ve blocked them now. I tried reporting it to Ofcom and the ICO, but they only let you report the phone number, not the actual company, which is a bit pointless.
