I just got yet another call from someone pretending to be the urgent blood and transplant service. I blocked the number straight away because if you reply, you might delay a real emergency like a blood transfusion for someone important. If you get calls like this, just block them and don’t answer! I’ve reported the scam to Ofcom and BT so hopefully, they’ll take action against these time-wasters.
