I received a call from this number, and the chap on the other end claimed to represent a financial advisory firm. He made an attempt at an American accent, but it was rather poor, if I'm honest. His pitch involved encouraging me to consider investing in stocks and shares.

Got a call from a bloke with a Russian accent, sounded like some dodgy phishing attempt. He hung up almost straight away, maybe 10 seconds max. Then, no kidding, he called again less than half a minute later from 020 7097 1117. I wasn't having any of it and told him where to shove it. Both those numbers are blocked now.

Got a call from a bloke with a Russian accent claiming to be from some sort of tech firm. I told him to stop ringing me, but he just kept calling again and again. In the end, I had no choice but to block the number. He also rang me from 02070971117.

Got a call from a bloke with a strong Russian accent who somehow knew loads about me. He said I’d lost cash on some “blockchain” thing and offered to sort it out for me. Felt a bit dodgy if you ask me.
