I called up B Gas to find out when they could come and sort things for me on the 18th of March. To my surprise, I received my phone bill and noticed a charge of £7.90 for just a two-minute call! There was absolutely no heads-up about this cost!

What irks me is that the Google listing is misleading, making it look like it’s a genuine company number for British Gas. Consequently, I’ve ended up with an extra £11 on my O2 phone bill.
