I’m absolutely fed up with this number calling me incessantly throughout the day! It’s always the same annoying recorded spiel about some government initiative that supposedly wipes out up to 75% of debts over five grand. They keep urging me to hit 5 if I want to benefit from this offer, or tap 9 if I wish to opt out. I’m really uneasy about pressing 9, as it feels a bit dodgy and I’m concerned it might be some kind of con. But honestly, I'm nearing my breaking point - it’s becoming increasingly tempting just to hit it to finally put an end to these daily disturbances!
