So today I actually answered the call just to see what would happen. Honestly, what a load of complete muppets! A bloke called "Scott" was on the line claiming he was from the refund department. When I asked refund department for who exactly, he just repeated "the refund department." After I pressed a bit more, he finally said it was for the UK. When I asked him to put me on their no-call list, he went on to ask if I'd ever had a loan. I repeated the question and he just kept asking the same thing back at me. In the end I let him have it with what I thought of their tactics and ended the call. The thing is, some telemarketers might be annoying but at least they’re legit. This number though? Total scam. They’ve got people answering but won’t give you a proper company name. Seriously, don’t hand over any info to these lot!

Decided to press 5 and instead of speaking to someone, I got a voicemail saying no one's available right now, but leave a message and they'll get back to me... yeah, right! Also, I doubt hitting 9 will actually take you off their list. Probably just confirms your number’s active so they can add you to their marketing or scam calls. Avoid!
