I'm constantly receiving calls from a debt collection agency who somehow knows my last name but keeps guessing different first names. They call me multiple times a day, around four or five on average. Initially, they were polite, acting like it was an inquiry. However, now they have become aggressive and are attempting to blackmail me into revealing my bank details. They threaten to involve the police and take me to court, though they have been calling me for three and a half years without any action taken. It's frustrating dealing with these scammers (they aren't really artists, as they're clearly not very skilled at scamming me). In addition, I contacted O2 about this issue, and they informed me that they are allowed to disclose my number to third-party companies according to the fine print in our agreement. I pay O2 a significant amount each month, and this just feels unfair!
