Apparently, this number is linked to Numbers Plus Ltd, fully registered with Ofcom. Their address is Manor Coach House, Bristol Road, Keynsham, Bristol BS31 2BB. They appear to ring me every day around 4 PM. My answering machine catches the calls, but they never leave a message and simply disconnect. When I tried to return the call, it rang for roughly 15 seconds before some strange sound cut in and then nothing - just an ongoing connection that likely racked up a bit of a hefty bill. I hope they get fined the maximum amount of £500,000 for this nonsense!
