I received calls on both my landline and mobile, but there were no messages - just silence. I really wish these individuals could face penalties and be prevented from doing this again, but the regulators appear ineffectual.

I decided to answer because Christmas is approaching, and there are several orders due for delivery soon. I wanted to make sure it wasn't someone calling to inform me about a delivery. There was some classical piano music playing before the caller hung up. It's important to know in advance which number they might call from when you make purchases.
