Like quite a few others, I've been receiving multiple calls a day at all sorts of odd hours. I decided to pick up one time out of sheer curiosity... For about four seconds, I was greeted by the sound of a chaotic call centre in the backdrop, along with a woman chattering away about taking a coffee break, before they abruptly hung up on me. It's quite bizarre, really.

I've been receiving pesky calls from this number for the past four days, and I'm utterly baffled as to who it might be. They ring me every single day, with two calls today alone! I've refrained from picking up, but I did return the call using my office landline, only to be met with a pre-recorded message claiming it's an events company reaching out for 'a client'. I've lodged a complaint with Ofcom and set up a call blocker on my mobile. Fingers crossed that does the trick! - caller: Unknown

Received calls from this number yesterday and again today, both at about 3 PM. Neither time did they bother to leave a voicemail.
